We all belong to atleast one religion. In our society all the people have religious beliefs too. We all pray to a god by going to Temples, Mosques, Churches and Gurudwaras. Here in this article I am going to describe the The Science behind the Prayer.

As we Heard that the God lives in the heart of every living thing in this world. Somewhere it is so true But The God does not live in the heart but in the mind.

The Science behind the Prayer is your own mind, your own subconscious mind. your mind is your God.

You can get whatever you want in life by praying to god or now I should say to your Subconscious mind.

Biologically We human got 2 eyes, 2 ears, 2 nostrils, same as we got two minds. Our mind is divided into two parts.

1. Conscious mind

2. Subconscious mind

FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT

You have to pretend like what you want to be, or what you want in your life. Your subconscious mind will create the circumstances in your favour.

If you want to be a boss, then pretend like you are already a boss.

If you want a house, affirm it with full confidence that I will own a house someday. Then see the magic of your subconscious power.

Mind is the power

1. The Conscious mind: The part of mind we take Rational Decision from. We take our daily life decisions with the help of our Conscious mind. Our Conscious mind Helps us to choose between right and wrong in our daily life. This part of mind Helps us to think about ourselves regarding everything happening in our life.

2. The Subconscious mind: Or I can say the master mind or now I should should say "The God". The subconscious mind is the part of your brain which works 24 hours without rest. The work of it is not to take Rational Decisions of our daily life rather it works automatically throughout the day without letting us know that He(subconscious mind) is working silently.

Our Subconscious mind is like a hidden Source of power.

Few functions which our subconscious mind does are :

1. Controls the heart beats
2. Controls the breathing system
3. Controls the blood running into our veins

Apart from these functions it is a great source of inner power. This part of mind deals with the inner you. It does not deal with the outer world but with inner world which is inside you.

In real terms The Subconscious mind is your God.

The Subconscious mind

As I told before the Subconscious mind doesn't deal with the outer world it deals with inner you. It deals with your conscious mind. When our Conscious mind accept something as true then it transfers that fact to our subconscious mind and then it works accordingly.

Your Subconscious mind is Your God

If you affirm something, for an example if you say that I can do Something or I want something, suppose you want to purchase a car then think about it, accept it as truth, assume it that you already own a car, feel it, affirm it with full of your will power. for another example, suppose you want to be promoted in your company, you want to be a manager in your company then Assume that you are already a manager, feel the feeling a manager use to get, feel the responsibility a manager have, Your conscious mind will accept this and then your subconscious mind will start working for you automatically even without letting you know your conscious mind accept it and will start working on that particular affirmation made by you.

Here I'd like to share a real life example, an example of my Grandfather. My Grandfather never worshiped any God out of 330 millions Gods (according to Hindu Mythology). It doesn't mean that he is an Atheist. He had a Big farmhouse.There were thousands of flowers in his farmhouse. Even He made a temple there but never devote a single piece of Flower on that temple. He always use to say that He will live a happy life and he affirmingly says this. He believed in his words and today he is 76 of age and living a happy and a prosperous life. Somewhere unknowingly he got the 'Science behind Prayer' that the God is within his mind.

Feel Happy and Motivated

Prayer to God = Prayer to your Subconscious Power

The God lives within your mind. When we go to any religious places, we pray there with full faith and we wish that a particular thing would happen.

In real terms we pray to our inner power which is within us and that Power is in your Subconscious mind.

when we pray, at the time of Prayer we affirm and we wish with full of our faith of anything and we see after few days that thing started happening to us and then we thank to god for listening to your prayer.

Scientifically we pray to our inner power, we affirm, we accept, we wish for something in our prayers and we see the results after few days.
